There are many different types of pepper such as: black pepper, green pepper, skullcap, pink pepper, red pepper… Of which you have certainly seen red pepper appear in cuisines from Europe to Asia. How does it affect the taste of the food as well as the user's health?
Famous for its delicious taste, a little spicy mixed with sweetness, red pepper has high economic value and is chosen by chefs to be used in many dishes. The price of red pepper is 3-4 times higher than that of black pepper, but it is quite scarce due to the somewhat stricter harvesting and processing process.
