STAR ANISE
Anise flower consists of 5-8 petals, arranged in the shape of stars or spokes, with a characteristic warm aroma. The main season is usually harvested from about July to September every year, also known as recall - big-wing season. In addition, there is also a quartet anise for harvesting after the Lunar New Year, also known as spring anise.
Anise is actually a fruit, each flower consists of 5-8 rhombus-shaped petals arranged in a star or spokes shape. This plant does not take much care, just take the seeds or seedling in the ground and let the tree grow on its own. Sometimes people clear shrubs around the base of anise, without fertilizer.
Each year, star anise produces two crops in August and April of the lunar calendar, each crop lasts 3-4 months. The fruit is planted on small branches on the edge, there are many branches that sit down, and there are branches that go up to the top.
